The forums got reset to easily integrate the forums and it's login with the rest of ScrapBlox.com.

Giveaway Portal
I have reset the giveaway portal to use the forums login system and added an admin panel I can easily access and add games to.

Database Clean
Removed all previous database entry's

How to create your first post.

Go the board you want to post in then there should be a new topic/new post button there.  If your on mobile you'll need to click user actions.

Can someone answer how to change the password ??

To change the password on your account you'll want to visit Account settings which can be found by clicking the profile picture dropdown.  You then want to type in a password in the choose box and confirm your old password at the bottom of that page.

Not sure what you mean by "answer a new topic."

If you meant create a post you go to that board and you should see a new post/topic button.  If your on mobile you'll need to click user actions when viewing a non staff only board

If you mean mark a reply as answer that isn't a feature if you want it to be feel free to let me know
